Non-voc Offset Printing Ink- Greenmax Series

Greenmax is developed for food packaging or those printings that customers have very high environment protection requirements. Greenmax series are formulated with developed varnish technology derived from vegetable oils and renewable sources. Vegetable oils provide low and stable tack even at high speed presses. For the long run prints, this specialty reduces the risks of set-off and piling. Minimum piling on the inking rollers gives ink excellent run-ability for (4-10)color presses. Greenmax series meet the market demand by its fast setting and drying properties, for every kind of printing materials. it doesn't contain mineral oil, so it is "mineral-free", non-voc and non-PAHS, It is an Eco-friendly VOC-free "Green Ink".

The organic substances in petroleum cause air pollution. Ordinary printing ink contains such organic substances. Greenmax is mineral free inks, which use vegetable oil to replace such organic substances, reduce air pollution, so cause less harm to human health and is environmental friendly.

Greenmax has high strength, brilliant colors, good transferability, high gloss and excellent rub resistance. It also has good printability for post-production, fast drying, avoid picking up dirt, scratch and set-off troubles. Suitable for matt coated high grade paper printings, such as publicity catalog, commercial printing, high quality packaging, and magazines etc.

Greenmax can run on high speed multi-color machines, even on perfecting machines.
